Yes. On-site steaming and dressing assistance is available to help you look flawless on your wedding day. This service is popular with destination brides and can be booked in advance.
Bridal alterations start from $100, and formal wear from $50. Unlike many bridal studios, there is no minimum spend — and despite being multi-award-winning, Jacqui keeps pricing accessible. Every quote is based on the specific garment, fabric and work required, and you'll receive a clear estimate at your first fitting before any work begins.
Every bride, every dress and every alteration is different. Delicate lace, intricate beadwork, layered skirts, boning and fabric type all change how long an alteration takes and the level of detail required. Jacqui prefers to quote thoughtfully after seeing your gown and understanding exactly what you need. Unlike many studios, there is no minimum spend, so you only pay for the work that's truly required and nothing is missed.
Not at all. Our national ranking reflects the quality of our work and the trust brides place in us, not premium pricing. Cost doesn't automatically equate to quality, and we hold strong ethics around fair, transparent treatment of every client. Your quote is based only on the work your gown genuinely needs, and you'll receive a clear estimate before any alterations begin.
Yes. Clients who also book with our sister service, I Do Steaming (info@idosteaming.com.au), receive 10% off their on-site wedding day steaming. Group bookings for bridal parties may also be eligible for a discount — just ask when you enquire.

Bring the shoes and undergarments you plan to wear on the day, plus the full suit, shirt and shoes if tailoring menswear. These affect the hem length and overall fit. If your dress has a veil or accessories, bring those too.
